Sacrament Meeting
Today was our Easter program which included wonderful music and spoken word. Special thanks to Joe Wyson and all who participated in the choir.
Second Hour

Brother Lamont Lindsey led the lesson.
Elders Quorum
Brother Matt Saunders will be leading the Elders Quorum lesson on April 28th. We will be discussing Elder Eyring's talk from April 2019 conference, "A Home Where the Spirit of the Lord Dwells." Please read and come prepared to discuss this important message.
Please come help the Meadow's load up a moving truck Friday, April 26th at 4pm. We will be helping load a truck at the Cube Smart Self Storage at 8250 S Maryland Parkway.
Sunday School
Brother Lamont Lindsey led the lesson.
We talked about the miracle of the loaves and fishes. The lad gave his 5 loaves and 2 fishes which were all that he had and he willingly gave. The Lord turned what little he had into a much greater amount.
Peter saw the Lord walking on the sea and freaked out when he walked out on the water and the Lord saved him. Peter had enough faith to get out of the boat.
Matthew 16:15-18
15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
